I started writing this on Friday, but lost energy before I could post. Although the week started well it went downhill from Friday onward. End of the week…. can’t come fast enough! This week started well to be honest. After a painful tiring week last week, and a weekend where I spent a lot of time in bed it was great on Tuesday (Bank holiday Monday) to wake up not exactly refreshed but at least not in any discernible pain and not “overly” fatigued.

However extreme fatigue and upset stomach started Friday afternoon/evening. I started this post but could not get far into it before I had to give up writing. I then tried to complete the post Saturday evening but again, struggled.

Not sure at the point what was the trigger for this bad weekend – but at this point on Sunday afternoon I dont have the energy still to write a long post. I just want to document that it’s not been a good weekend.

I should note that on Friday evening I went downstairs and was so fatigued I had to sit down on the stairs and eventually ended up going down the rest of the stairs on my bottom and had to rest in the living room before being able to climb back upstairs.
