The last few days have been varied. Am having some issues getting things straight in my mind atm though as I am having some cognitive problems – made worse this time due to stress at work. One particularly irritating thing at work that has left me hanging on for 44 mins on hold for some tech support with the most irritating music ever.
Today – 12:36pm: Currently feeling stressed and fatigue and cognitive issues are both increasing. I am screaming inside! I didn’t sleep that well last night – was around 2am when I fell asleep – or rather “I saw the clock say 1:58” last time I looked and got out of bed around 7:30 so the MOST sleep I got was five and half hours. TBH, I didn’t feel any more or less rested than when I sleep for 9 hours, which shows how rested I DONT feel all the time regardless of how long I sleep!
Today – 10:29pm: After all the hassle of the day (most of the day sorting out a DNS issue) I started feeling very tired but decided to take the girls to the shop as they wanted to get some things and I could use some stuff to. Ended up with a two hour plus trip to the shops and walking for around a mile and half.
Got something for dinner but then ended eating too much and to late so I suspect I will end up with trouble sleeping tonight again. I need to get back in the habit of eating dinner around 6 to 7.
Currently feeling more in pain than earlier in the day and cognitive issues are greater. It’s clear I pushed myself physically and mentally today and at several times today I felt like I was screaming inside.
